Duke Hydraxis is a level 60 quest giver located on an island northeast of the Ravencrest Monument in the contested territory of Azshara. He is the leader of the Hydraxian Waterlords, and is a servant of Neptulon the Tidehunter.

Duke Hydraxis reveals in his quests that the "pure" Elementals of Water are seeking to do battle against the other elements, and are willing to let mortals prove themselves to be worthy of fighting one of their grandest enemies, Ragnaros the Firelord and his servants in the Molten Core.

군주 히드락시스는 아즈샤라 적절한곳에 있음. (섬에 짱박혀 있다능) 히드락시안 물의군주의 리더이고 고대신인 넵튜론의 하수인.
